Bush Says Drill, Slams Congress, Oil Drops $9

Yesterday President Bush removed an executive order that lifted the executive branch’s moratorium on off-shore drilling.  Today he reiterated the importance of his decision and slammed the Democratic-led Congress for not lifting the congressional ban on off-shore drilling.  Immediately crude oil futures fell almost $10 per barrel and experienced its steepest drop in 17 years.
