Hey, Do I Know You?

How many of you have an account on Facebook? Seeing that there are 30 million people in the United States that do, the chances are pretty good you get on the massive social networking site at least once a day.

Next question: How many of you get friend requests from people you don’t even know? It seems to happen a lot to me, and I’ve spoken to many other people that get the same thing.

So should we take this as a compliment? I mean, do our profile pictures look so good that complete strangers want to be my friend?  Ha!

I can’t say I mind it because the whole idea about this blog and social networking is to continually build my network larger. I’m simply making an observation.
