Wrongful Testicle Removal

Yep, you read that correctly. In Middletown, Ohio recently, a man went to the doctor because he was having pain in his groin. The man was admitted to the hospital for what was supposed to be an exploratory procedure. Instead, when he woke up he found that his right testicle had been removed.

According to the patient, removal of the male organ was not even discussed prior to the procedure.  After the removal, the man went to another doctor who confirmed there was no cancer.  Of course the patient has filed a lawsuit against the doctor.  OUCH!
